New gloves

Yesterday we ran in to Costco and were looking at winter coats for Kyle, which we did not find. But we did find something amazing!!!!!

Gloves that actually fit Kyle!! This is huge he has never had a good pair we could get on or get to stay on. I may have been so excited I bought 4 pairs 😉.

Solar eclipse

Tonight the kids and I went down to the lake to watch the solar eclipse. The weather was cool but the sun was out. 

We had a little picnic dinner

It was pretty, made me homesick for the pacific. 

 

Rainy days

Today we got a lot of rain, and I was a happy girl inside with my babies knowing my roof was keeping the water out and my basement stayed dry!!!! Now we just need to get to the point that we can run the heater before it gets really cold and we will be set!

On October 5th the kids and I got tickets to go to Veggie tales Live!!! We had fun, Kyle loved the music and lights and dancing veggies!!!

Friday night

What is a girl to do on a Friday night at 8:30pm when the kids are in bed and her hubby is at work???? CAN, 3 bushels of apples of course!!!

40 quarts later I was done!! ( and it might have trailed into Saturday morning a bit) 

Now to go get more apples!!!

 

Happy Times!

We had a very fun visit with Mom, we are very sad that she went home, but understand why we can't keep her forever. Hopefully soon we can just get the Nanny and Papa to move to Ohio 😉 here's to wishing!
