Dream Night at the Zoo

Tonight we were invited to attend a special night at the Zoo for kids with medical issues and their families. After our week of the basement flooding, car shopping and doctors visits it was nice to just have a fun night with the kids, it only would have made it better if Wade could have been with us.

What's up??

Well we made it home and then it went down hill for a bit, Lucy had a bad ear infection. Then I ended up with strep throat :-( but we have recovered and pulled it all back together( I still have one bag to unpack)

I got my hair chopped off :-) about 6 inches gone for the summer, it feels nice!

Kyle found a "pet" ant in the house.

We went to the Duck Tape Fesitval on Saturday

Fun times celebrating my partner in our crazy life. He is an amazing Daddy to our kiddos!!

On Fathers Day we went to church then home for lunch and then I took him out for free gas station coffee ( they give a cup free to military) and we got the car washed.

Car wash fun and slurpees!!!

Today the kids and I went on a bike ride and played at the park, I think we will head to the pool later, it is warm!!!

Almost home

We are on the final leg of our amazing summer vacation. No 5 star resorts or tropical get away just refreshing relaxing time with family and friends. 6000+ miles of family bonding time, it was great. Not really wanting to get back to "real life" tomorrow. Wade and I needed a break, this trip was just that, Kyle's health on our trip was nothing short of a miracle and we praise God for this gift. I will try and post more pictures soon! Here are a few.
