Photo Dump :-)

Josh had to get 2 teeth pulled, while enjoying the laughing gas he kept telling me to take pictures of him, it was too cute :-)
All done, and a mouth packed with gauze, this kid is such a trooper.

Christmas in March!!

The kids have been begging for a trampoline for quiet a while but we just have not been able to do that. The other day one of Wade's co-workers called and asked if we wanted their trampoline, we just needed to go pick it up, they are transphering to California this summer. So we loaded up in the car and drove  about an hour and a half away and picked up a trampoline.
Then Wade got to put it together the next day when he got home from an all day training.
He had lots of help

He finished it using a flashlight because he had to go back to duty in the morning, what a good Daddy!
And they LOVE it!!!!

Exploring

Friday we headed out to do a little exploring of a local State park for summer camping. Findley State park is about 45 min. from our house. The ground was still pretty soggy and muddy from the recent snow melting and the lake was still frozen but it was nice to be out hiking in the cool fresh air.
After we hiked around we played at the camp playground, the kids had a blast
The fire pole was all kinds of fun!

Kyle found the slide and there was no stopping him, he probably went down it 50 times
Crazy boy!

Fun family day! We look forward to coming back here and camping this summer after we get a new tent :-)

Frozen

We have not seen the movie but that is how this winter feels, frozen and never ending. We are under another winter storm advisory, yesterday it was 56 degrees we could see our lawn, the kids played in sandels and shorts.  This morning we woke up to snow and it was19 degrees a little bit ago and still on the way down, and it is still snowing.
I was thankful Wade was home in time to help me get everyone to therapy this morning. Josh got his braces worked on (because he just keeps growing) and they are very happy with his progress. Kyle did an assessment today and scored very well, pretty much age level or above on fine motor skills which is such a blessing. He does not let anything slow him down, he likes to keep up with his siblings. Here are a few pictures of therapy.
Lucy on the climbing wall
Delaney at the top! Josh's therapist is amazing with Josh and the girls, she let's them be included in some of the games and today she let them climb the rock wall. The boys both do therapy at the same time so it is such a blessing to have therapists that are ok with all my kids and understand that half the time it is just me with 4 of them :-).
Last Friday the kids and I got to go to a science show at a local library. The kids had a blast.
Josh got to help up front
Delaney helping too
Watching
Kyle was SO into touching the bubbles. He sat watching saying wow, wow
And Wade spent the week running away from the invading Canadians, and or someone at the station had fun photoshopping  their picture :-)
And just incase you were wondering the lake is still frozen.

What we did today

The gift of the sled contuines on with the box, the box has brought so much fun and entertainment, it has become a boat I am told.
Kyle talking to his sock puppet
Josh being a wonderful big brother and playing along
Delaney taking her dog for a walk around the house ( she wanted to wear glasses like Josh)
They also got in a little sledding in the yard and we did some school work too, looking forward to the weekend and Wade being off.

Thank you :-)

Today we got home from co-op and we had two big boxes on our porch, addressed to the Heath family. Thank you so much for the sleds, the kids were so excited. They took them right outside and starting sledding on the remaining pile of what use to be the snow fort.
Happy boy

Ahhhhhh
Kyle loves to eat snow
Then they begged and Wade and I drove them over to our local sledding hill
Lucy
Kyle just kept going "wow, wow" all down the hill

Crash..but still smiling
Lucy is all smiles
Wade even took a turn
Lost a glove she was so crazy:-)

It's not a party till someone loses it
But it was short lived, and was happy pulling his sled around
Then we had to head home because it was a balmy 20 degrees which is almost a heat wave compared to what our weather has been, but it is still cold!

The kids where amazed how much faster and further they could go on sleds over our laundry basket :-) The amazon boxes had no info on who the sleds where from, but thank you who ever sent them. It was so nice to escape from it all and have a fun time as a family this afternoon. Thank you so much for the wonderful, loving surprise to us. We are suppose to get more snow this weekend so the sledding fun will go on and on :-)
