Christmas Cookies Round 1

To day we are starting Christmas baking. These are Swedish Spritz (Wade's Mimi's recipe made with her cookie press). The kids got to pick the shapes and colors as you can see in the following.
First batch into the oven we go!! Kyle picked yellow stars that look more like kites then stars. Lou Lou picked pink stars.
Sample time. He kept asking for more so I know know what was up with that face.
Yummmmmmm!!!!
Delaney added brown doggies to the mix.
Open wide!!!
Josh was at theropy with mom but he requested brown camels. To mix up the colors we added some white to them.
The finished product.
Joshy missed out on baking but he did score a date at Five Guys with mommy. Lucky dude!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Wade and I got to sneak away for a Date night last night, 15 years and we still like each other. It has been quite a ride, I would not chose to go thru it with anyone else. God blessed me with a wonderful husband that loves him, takes care of, cares for and loves our family no matter what we get tossed at us. He is pretty amazing and I would still "live in a tent and eat pork and beans" with him any day.
