Look who is 2!

I cannot  believe it has been two years since we welcomed Kyle Douglas into our family.

We enjoyed angel food cake and strawberries for dinner

He really enjoyed blowing out the candles, he was good at it

Earlier in the day we got a break from the rain and did a little gardening

Kyle loved playing in the mud

Happy day in the Heath household enjoying and celebrating Kyle, we all love him so much!

 

Weekend Get Away

This last weekend we had a family vacation to Cincinnati. While we were down there we went to the Creation Museum.  

The kids really enjoyed it and so did we.

We got a chance to feed the animals, Kyle really enjoyed this.

Back at the hotel doing a little pre bedtime yoga, he has always liked this pose, he use to do it on the beach

Kyle also loves remotes, what guy doesn't :-)

It was really nice to get away and enjoy some family time!

What have we been up to?

Monday was Josh's first soccer practice that did not get rained out.

We enjoyed playing in the sunshine while he practiced

Tuesday night I ended up in the ER with Kyle, I am very lucky to have a sweet friend who took my three big kids for the night because Wade was at work. We were there from about 9pm-12am. Kyle had been fighting a little cold and that turned in to him having a hard time breathing :-( They gave me the choice to have him admitted or I could take him home and do treatments on my own, I chose to take him home and do treatments there.

Here he is hanging out watching TV at the hospital. 

This is were he thought he should sleep when we got home, he was very hyer from treatments and meds they have him

But he ended up sleeping next to me

Wednesday Josh and Delaney had the Awana Grand Prix

Kyle is getting pretty good with his breathing treatments, this is our second go round of them this winter. He is starting to feel better, but it took him a little while to get over this last cold. We are still waiting on our new garments, hopefully they will come in soon.
