Now I guess it is call the San Diego safari park. By in my heart it will always be the wild animal park. We took the kids there on Sunday and met up with a friend of mine from elementary school. It was fun to catch up and meet her family. The kids had fun checking out all the animals. I will post more pictures soon they are on the camera but this is what I have on my phone :-)

Saturday we went down to Del Mar and played at the beach. It was a nice overcast day not to hot. I forgot how much I like the Southern California coast. It is so different than the oregon coast. Both have there pros and cons, but I love them both :-) the kids had a blast playing in the water. I don't think Josh came out of the water except to eat lunch. He became one with a boogie board and is quite a surfer boy.

Kyle liked playing in his bucket with sand and water that Auntie Lisa brought for him. I think he ate a pound of sand but he had fun crawling all over the beach.
Over all it was a great day at the beach!
